Holly Bax scored a double triumph to help St Bedes win the Sussex Schools' Championships at Crawley.
Margeaux Trappey, Ben McIvor and Phillip Welburn also won for the Upper Dicker school who went one place better than last year.
Coach Ally Whike believes success stems from the plan he put in place two-and-half years ago.
He said: "There has been a steady improvement and this latest result shows what they can achieve.
"There is potential in the squad to produce national championship standard swimmers who could push on to become Great Britain juniors. They've got the talent, it just depends on their desire."
Trappey beat Holly White (Patcham High), second in the national juniors, in the 100m intermediate butterfly.
Whike, a former assistant coach to Commonwealth Games swimmers Jamie Salter and Gregor Tait, said: "She has impressed. Margeaux swam a personal best 1min.06.6sec and to beat Holly was a good effort.
"Holly Bax swam a personal best 1min.16sec in the 100m breast-stroke."
The winners, plus the best of the rest, will form a 30-strong squad to compete for Sussex in the South Region Championships at Southampton in September.
St Bedes scored 348 points, runners-up Hailsham Community College 256 and Brighton and Hove were third. East Sussex beat West Sussex overall and more than 200 swimmers competed.
