Chairman Len Smith is confident Priory Lane is up to Dr Martens League premier division standard should leaders Eastbourne Borough gain promotion.
The ground was inspected by Southern League officials on Tuesday evening when Borough had a disappointing 2-2 draw with Corby Town.
Smith said: "Although we don't have the official result I understand they are happy with the ground.
"That's one thing out of the way and now we just need to get the results."
Fullback Stuart Tuck is doubtful for the visit of strugglers Spalding tomorrow after limping off with a recurrence of an ankle problem at half-time against Corby.
Goalkeeper Paul Stark and Matt Smart both missed the game due to illness but manager Garry Wilson hopes to have them both back.
Having wasted the chance to extend their lead to five points over second-placed Dorchester, Wilson is keen to collect a maximum points.
He said: "We have got this far we do not want to throw it all away."
