In answer to the options for the siting of a new Brighton and Hove Albion football stadium, more than one site will more than adequately meet the criteria for first-division status.
Falmer has one A-road, the A27, one B-road, the B2123 The Drove leading to Woodingdean, and a railway. The B2123 gets very congested between 4pm and 6.30pm.
Braypool has four first- class A-roads, the A27 (the bypass) east-west and the A23 north-south, plus accommodation for a station to be built and the concrete bridge over the railway and A23 to enable train passengers to continue on foot to see the Albion play.
Toadhole, between the A27 and King George VI Avenue, has no railway and only limited road access.
Finally there is Sheepcote Valley, which has more space than Falmer and Waterhall.
Braypool is the best place for the stadium.
