Hastings and Bexhill go into their promotion play-off on a winning note.
Nick Edmunds scored the 70th-minute try which clinched a 13-8 success at Seaford in Sussex One.
Ben Campbell also got over with Paul Sandeman's drop goal levelling the scores at 8-8.
Hastings will tackle Ashford in the play-off on April 26 with the Kent side likely to have home advantage.
Ian Newby, standing in for his son Danny at No. 8, scored Seaford's try and Ben Cox kicked a penalty as the depleted hosts turned in a creditable display.
Richard Weatherley scored Horsham's try in a pleasing 11-0 derby win at Pulborough.
Tom Wright added two penalties.
Rye were 16-10 winners at Hellingly while Uckfield had a walkover against UC Chichester.
