Chichester already know the line-up which will attempt to win them the Sussex Trophy for the first time.
Chi take on Haywards Heath at Worthing next Saturday determined to round-off a historic couple of seasons for the club in style.
Their 18-6 victory at Hove means they won London Four South East by a five-point margin from neighbours Bognor.
Wing Mark Webster scored two tries with Alex Knight-Barnard also crossing and Nick Stanton adding a penalty.
It was their second successive league title and Saturday's showpiece will be their second successive county final.
Skipper Ben Polhill admitted: "It was difficult to beat Hove. People's minds were elsewhere, which was understandable, but it was quite a comfortable win in the end.
"We are really looking forward to the final. We have not had our selection meeting yet but we pretty much know what the permutations are."
Mark Gordon and Billy Toone scored tries for depleted Bognor in their 52-12 defeat at Old Dunstonians.
Props Steve Worthington and Lee Haste both went off injured and stand-in Karl Flynn damaged a rib cartilage.
Bognor finished the game with two three-quarters propping in uncontested scrums.
Crawley rounded off their good end to the season with a 29-7 home win over Heathfield and Waldron, who finished bottom.
Andy Evans scored the only first half try and Tom Anstice expertly sent in Guy Young to double the tally.
Luke Denham, Lee Preston and Doyle also crossed with Evans kicking two conversions
