Brighton have completed a Sussex Festival double just three years after forming a minis section.
Their under-11s and under-sevens pipped Haywards Heath in two tight finals at Midhurst.
Neil Thomas, Brighton chairman, said: "We have come a long way in a short time thanks to the dedication of the players and their parents who have been so supportive. It is an achievement because Haywards Heath have one of the strongest minis set-ups in the south."
Darion Naylor (2), Charlie Maltby and Harry Leonard scored tries and George Taylor kicked four conversions as the under-11s secured a 28-21 victory in the match of the day as the festival celebrated its tenth anniversary.
Brighton lacked Heath's power but showed resilience and skill, with Naylor's pace a constant problem.
Tries by Henry Johnstone (2) and Dan Harris, plus three conversions from James Parr, helped Heath take Brighton all the way.
Thomas, also the under-11s head coach, said: "It was a real ding-dong affair and rated by Sussex officials as the match of the day. Heath were a good side and we had to keep pulling it back."
Max Morris scored four tries as Brighton under-sevens defeated Heath 40-35 in an end-to-end thriller.
Tim Trevis (2), Njoku Nwawudu and Navan Johal also scored. Patrick Cook scored four tries for Heath, Stephen Craddock (2) and Oscar Williams also touched down.
It was third time lucky for Heath when they secured the under-12s title in their third final.
Ross Chisholm scored a hat-trick of tries and kicked seven conversions as Heath overran East Grinstead 49-7.
Joe Hallam (2), Matthew Lilburne and Jamie Duffell scored Heath's remaining tries.
Thomas Lanaway scored the only Grinstead try, converted by David Major.
Heath dominated and led by six converted tries at the interval. They added one more before Grinstead completed the scoring.
Graham Glenn, Heath youth manager, said: "We have now had six different age groups in the semi-finals or better in county competitions this season."
Hove had mixed fortunes. Their under-nines overcame Grinstead 20-15. George Brown completed a try-double for Hove with Josh Bath and Edward Kittow also going over.
Grinstead scored consolation tries through Rauri Andrews, Nicolas DeBrett and Connor Leggatt.
Hove under-tens found Crowborough too strong and lost 15-0. Mike Davies touched down twice and Robbie Noble once to seal Crowborough's victory.
Grinstead's fortunes changed in the under-eights final when they defeated Pulborough 30-20. Lewis Schilling-Law grabbed two tries for Grinstead and Matthew Barry, Milo Thompson, Lee Vigar and Ben Swadley also touched down. Francis Ashworth (2), Oliver Burnett and Jordan Cox replied for Pulborough.
