Albion paraded their players of the future at Worthing on Wednesday night.
A hat-trick of new pros featured in a youthful Reserve side for the 1-1 draw against Brentford.
Adam Hinshelwood, Daniel Harding and Dan Beck have all been signed after completing three-year scholarships.
The first pair combined to set up the opening goal in the seventh minute. Hinshelwood met Harding's pinpoint free kick with a firm header which keeper Alan Julian did well to stop, but Chris McPhee pounced to drive in the rebound.
It was Hinshelwood's last contribution of note. The rightback hobbled off 12 minutes later after a collision inside the Albion area.
Matt Harrold hit a spectacular equaliser for Brentford on 32 minutes, his well-struck shot from outside the box dipping over the helpless Will Packham.
John Piercy, providing the experience along with club captain Paul Rogers, was booked in the first half and so too was Adam Virgo.
Director of football Martin Hinshelwood took charge of the team as Dean White is recovering at home from a virus.
Albion Reserves: Packham; Rogers, Harding, Hammond, Virgo, Hinshelwood, Marney, Wilkinson, McPhee, Beck, Piercy. Subs: El-Abd for Hinshelwood (injured 19), Martin, Bridle for Beck (withdrawn 77), Windsor for McPhee (withdrawn 90).
