Creditors will be given the opportunity to put their questions to letting agent Keith Youngs on the collapse of his firm.
Sheffield-based insolvency practice Wilson Field plans to hold a creditors' meeting to discuss the Hove letting agency Youngs Owen, which closed, owing thousands, on April 3.
Nick Wilson of the practice said all clients claiming they are owed money would be invited to put questions to the agency's directors, Mr Youngs and his sister Yvonne Youngs.
Mr Wilson said: "The liquidation meeting would be open to all creditors and would be chaired by the Youngs Owen directors. We hope to set a date soon."
Landlords, tenants and contractors claim they are owed substantial amounts of cash by the firm, which was based in Western Road, Hove.
