The University of Sussex is giving people the opportunity to gain higher education credit for work-based learning.
Its Centre for Continuing Education will be offering two short courses this summer: Exploring Workplace Learning and Exploring Partnership Learning.
Exploring Workplace Learning will draw on current theories of personal and organisational development and offer practical suggestions about how these can be applied in the workplace.
The second course will be an introduction to the principles of partnerships in a range of fields, such as social welfare.
The courses run for four Fridays from June 6, from 10am to 4pm.
