Albion boss Steve Coppell expects to have his four key casualties available for Sunday's crunch relegation clash at Grimsby.
Coppell is confident Paul Brooker, Richard Carpenter, Gary Hart and Simon Rodger will all be fit for the game at Blundell Park.
A virus ruled Brooker and Carpenter out of Saturday's 4-0 home win against Watford. Hart and Rodger both went off injured.
Coppell said: "Bozzy was reasonably close, Chippy was a long way away, but with the extra day to prepare I think both of them will be there or thereabouts. Harty had a dead leg, but we anticipate he will be all right."
Rodger suffered another knock to the broken toe he has been playing with since November.
"I was struggling in the second half and I didn't want to make it any worse by carrying on," said the midfielder.
"Hopefully I can get something sorted out, maybe an injection to numb the pain for the Grimsby game."
Brooker, his new contract talks on hold until the season is over, expects to resume training today.
"I would love to play on Sunday but the boys did a fantastic job against Watford so I can't expect to walk straight back in," he said.
"I felt really rough the night before the Sheffield Wednesday game, shivering and sweating. I felt a bit better the following morning but then I was ill again later in the week.
"Chippy's had the same thing. I sent him a text after the game on Saturday, which I kept in touch with by radio and TV at my parents' house. It was really exciting but horrible not to be playing."
The Seagulls will stay in the First Division on goal difference if they win at Grimsby and relegation rivals Stoke lose at home to Reading.
Brooker said: "Grimsby are already down, so they might want to drag us down with them.
"Hopefully Reading can do us another favour. It's not in our hands, but all we can do is win."
