We, as a community group in Whitehawk, feel very strongly about the article "Few signs of help" (The Argus, April 22).

We know eb4u is to help support groups that want to start up and is not there to get the process going on their behalf.

The residents of Moulsecoomb have to get off their butts and make the first move. Then eb4u will be there to support and help wherever possible.

Whitehawk may have lots of groups going on within the area but this is because of the residents' hard work and determination to make them work and, of course, the assistance of funds such as Community Chest or eb4u.
