Support is being rallied for a protest against the removal of a floral roundabout in Shoreham.
Residents are angry at the loss of the colourful feature in High Street which has now been replaced with concrete.
Adur councillor Michael Mendoza is calling on residents to turn up at the site with flowers on Sunday June 22 at 2pm.
He said the roundabout had been a popular feature for years until it was removed by West Sussex County Council.
"I realise that work had to be done to the roundabout because of the Ropetackle development but to leave it like this is just crazy," he said.
"The roundabout protest may make the council think again and restore the roundabout to its former glory."
