A 12-year-old girl missing since Sunday was found safe and well last night.
Alicia Tomsett, who disappeared in Brighton, was discovered by police at an address in Croydon, south London, at 10pm after a tip-off from a member of the public.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "Alicia had been staying at the address. She was on her way back to Brighton this morning to be reunited with her parents.
"We want to thank the media for its assistance."
Alicia disappeared from outside the Palace Pier, Brighton, at 5pm on Sunday.
Her parents, who were staying nearby, are moving with Alicia from Plymouth to Great Yarmouth via Brighton, where they have relatives.
