On Saturday afternoon and evening, Stonelands School in Hove, performed its annual end-of-year show at the Pavilion Theatre, Worthing, to an appreciative audience.

The show was divided into three sections, allowing the part-time school to share the stage with the full-time scholars.

The result was a stunning, polished performance with the older dancers skillfully guiding the younger, less experienced children as the show glided seamlessly through each set piece.

The first section was for the part-time school entitled The Toy Shop and was written and choreographed by members of staff.

The costumes were superb and all the kids, some as young as three, thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Credit must be given to the school

for coordinating even the youngest dancers in a very professional way.

The whole programme was a fitting tribute to the professionalism of the school illustrating the superb skills of staff and pupils alike.
