Repairs to a seaside feature could cost Worthing Borough Council £135,000.
Experts estimated the bill after carrying out a structural survey of chalets, kiosks and the walkway in the grounds of Beach House, east of Splash Point.
The council recently spent £70,000 refurbishing a block of chalets destroyed in an arson attack.
Victor Swanwick, the council's surveying services manager, said some of the chalets were in need of urgent attention.
Concrete beams were in a particularly poor condition and would decline at an accelerating rate due to their exposed position on the seafront.
The metal fronts of the chalets had also deteriorated badly.
The council's executive will consider a report on the issue on Tuesday.
