Police arrested 173 people across East and West Sussex in a five-day crackdown on burglars.
During the operation, beat officers worked with specialist teams, including intelligence officers, dog units and road policing departments.
They identified and arrested suspects through DNA and fingerprint intelligence, as well as targeting wanted offenders.
Operation Resolve also saw 147 detections across the Sussex Police area, 30 of which were for burglaries in homes.
Assistant Chief Constable Geoff Williams said: "This focused activity will have a direct positive impact on our performance."
