I recently spent a holiday in and around Brighton with my elderly mother. Thank you all for making it so enjoyable.
Thanks to Paul at Hove Red Cross for lending us a wheelchair. Brighton's bus drivers for their help. To the South Central guard who brought out a ramp so the wheelchair could go on the Portsmouth train. To cleaners at Brighton station who opened the disabled toilet for my mother.
Thanks to staff at the Royal Pavilion, Lewes Castle and Arundel Castle.
To a Railtrack employee at Arundel Station who helped us cross to another platform.
Thanks also to car and van drivers in Lewes who stopped the traffic in the High Street to allow us to cross the road.
