A Rustington business has been recognised for supporting the South-East's reserve military forces.
Global Security Management, based in The Street, was honoured at a reception and evening supper on board HMS Victory at Portsmouth.
The firm's managing director, Terri Pearson, was presented with a certificate by the Second Sea Lord and Commander-in-Chief Naval Home Command Vice-Admiral James Burnell-Nugent and the Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire Mary Fagan.
Employers from across the area were thanked for supporting the region's reserve forces and to underline the vital role of the reserves and the importance of employer support.
Many of those who attended have employees mobilised and serving in Iraq, making the evening especially relevant.
Admiral Burnell-Nugent said: "We do not take the support employers have given for granted.
"We are enormously grateful but we trust there are tangible benefits in skills, experience, and personal qualities that employers gain from staff serving in the Armed Forces."
During the evening, the employers toured HMS Victory and were able to see how life was for 820 men and boys who lived, worked, fought and died during the 1805 Battle of Trafalgar.
