Glamour model Jordan escaped injury when her new £70,000 Mercedes sports car was in collision with a lorry.
The accident happened as Jordan, real name Katie Price, was driving from a friend's house in Cowfold, near Horsham, back to her £300,000 farmhouse on the outskirts of Brighton on Monday evening.
The articulated truck clipped the rear of the Mercedes as Jordan, 25, was reversing into a road.
Her manager Dave Read said she suffered a stiff neck but was otherwise unhurt.
He said: "She's fine but the car sustained quite a lot of damage - several thousand pounds worth."
Jordan, who has a 15-month-old son Harvey, was travelling alone.
A Sussex Police spokesman said no action would be taken.
Jordan will be the face of the UK's first annual National Foreplay Day.
The Brighton celebrity was picked after a survey revealed her to be the ultimate fantasy for men.
National Foreplay Day is on July 30, the day before National Orgasm Day.
