A family is growing increasingly concerned about the safety of a man who has been missing for three weeks.
Nicholas Ducklin, 26, of Northbourne Road, Eastbourne, was last seen in Hythe Crescent, Seaford on June 27.
He told his family he was going on holiday with friends but was due back on July 12.
Relatives raised the alarm when Nicholas, who suffers from depression, failed to make contact with them on the day he was due home.
A police spokesman said: "There is evidence to suggest Nicholas' Renault 19 was stopchecked in Bridgewater, Somerset, on July 8.
"His family cannot think of any connections to this area of the country, other than previous family holidays. We are growing concerned for Nicholas' welfare."
Nicholas is white, about 5ft 11in, medium to large build, with strawberry blond highlighted hair. He is clean shaven and usually wears casual clothes.
