Invitation League: Neil Chitty took seven wickets for leaders Arundel in their six-wicket home win against Burgess Hill.
Ben Firmin (59) and Paul Edwards (46) helped Hill to 165-9 off 49 overs as Neil Chitty took 7-47. Arundel eased to 166-4 inside 40 overs, thanks to Ryan Chitty (52) and Joel Wiles (45).
Broadwater beat Lindfield by six wickets at home to extend their unbeaten run to six matches.
Lindfield reached 153-9 off 49 overs, which never looked to be enough, and Broadwater raced to victory at 154-4 as Richard Iago made 74 not out.
Pagham made 227-5 but had to settle for a draw at home to fellow mid-table side Goring.
Paul Harris (71), Chris Hayden (58) and David Leaver (46) helped set a healthy looking target against the bowling of Pete Rebera (4-81). Rebera then hit 65 in a 152-8 reply and Shaun Rutter took 4-46.
Pulborough continued their march towards the division two title with a four-wicket home win against Barns Green.
The league leaders restricted Green to 144 all out as Ashley Clark took 4-30. Green bowler Chris Bailey (4-32) then did his best to frustrate the home side, but a solid 65 from Clint Astridge helped Pulborough to 146-6 with seven balls to spare.
Southwick stay second, 46 points behind the leaders, after a seven-wicket home win against basement club Eastergate.
Jim Berry made an unbeaten 58 in Eastergate's 170 as Steve Martin took 4-37 before Martyn Rea (75) and Nick King (43) guided Southwick to 176-3 inside 41 overs.
Crawley continued their good form with a maximum points home win against Keymer & Hassocks.
David Hewison (42) top scored for Keymer in a 178 total after tight bowling by Pragesh Podiratnum (4-18). Crawley were pegged back in reply, with John Grimley claiming 4-41 for Keymer, but 48 not out by Paul Clifford guided them home on 179-8.
The game between Scaynes Hill and Billingshurst was abandoned due to torrential rain.
Billingshurst got off to a flier as Mike Burroughs (52), Nick Wood (47) and Will Gooda (46) took them to 140-1. Scaynes Hill bowler Lee Pelling (5-59) then got to work and left Hurst on 221-9 off 49 overs.
Scaynes Hill looked good in reply, as Paul Elphick reached 72, before a thunderstorm flooded the pitch. The players returned for another three overs, but more rain meant the game was called off with Hill on 156-5 after 36 overs.
