Football fan Leslie Simmons was so fat that once he got wedged in the turnstiles.
But Mr Simmons, who lives in Worthing, would pass through them easily now after losing more than eight and a half stone on a Slimming World diet.
Will the West Sussex Slimmer of the Year ever go back to his bad old ways and get stuck again?
Mr Simmons says there's a fat chance of that happening.
