Young karting prospect Lloyd Biddulph is gaining valuable experience ahead of taking part in next year's British Championship.
The 11-year-old from Franklands Village is too young to compete at junior karting's top level this season but has been taking part in a number of winter and summer championships.
He won winter series, finished joint third in another and came second in the PF International Championship. Currently, he is leading one summer championship and lying fourth in another.
Lloyd's father Doug said: "Things are going very well although we are coming across more contact in the races now and Lloyd has been fired off the track in a number of races. We hope this won't continue as it leads to frustration and in some cases damage to the kart.
"We are also currently testing other chassis to get set up for next year's British Championship and everything is going according to plan."
