Sussex team Hellingly Lions roared to the top of the National League with a brilliant win in Scotland.
Lions showed tremendous spirit to come from behind and beat Scotia Alsorts, the team who dumped them out of the British Team Cup in Edinburgh last year.
Their 93-82 victory was their sixth in seven matches, and they are now two points clear of nearest challengers Bury.
They could have one hand on the trophy if they win back-to-back matches at Birmingham and Sandwell next weekend.
But it might all go down to a title decider against Bury, who visit the Lower Dicker track in the final match of the season on August 31.
Once again it was the Hollebon brothers, skipper Martyn and Neil, who were the stars.
They scored 36 points between them, while world finalist Zac Parsons also weighed in with 17.
Lions were a point down going into the interval, but they took the lead in heat 12 with a 6-4 from Martyn Hollebon and Joe Plumstead.
Three races later, Plumstead and Eddie Ridley put the visitors nine points up with their only 7-3 of the match.
Neil Hollebon then teamed up with Alan Boniface for a 5-5 to clinch the points with two heats still to run.
Martyn Hollebon finished with 19 points, Neil Hollebon and Parsons with 17, Plum-stead 14, Jamie Cheshire 11, Alan Boniface and Ridley seven and David Boniface one.
Martyn Hollebon also scored 19 points in Hellingly's previous win, 91-88 over Southampton, when his only defeat was at the hands of British champion Gavin Wheeler.
Lions led by ten points at the break and posted four maximum heat wins but still had to hold off a determined Saints comeback.
The other Lions scorers were Neil Hollebon with 15, Plum-stead, Ridley and Barrie Geer all with 12, Parsons ten, Cheshire seven and Jamie Budgen four.
