A serial sex pest has preyed on ten woman in five months.
His victims have been left traumatised after he sprang in front of them wearing a balaclava before exposing himself.
The pervert stalked the women in quiet lanes around Haywards Heath.
He performed sexual acts in front of several of his targets.
The man has struck ten times since March and police are desperate to catch him before he strikes again.
Officers fear many other woman have been approached by the man but have not come forward to tell police.
His mask has made it difficult for victims to give a clear description, hampering police investigations.
Woman are being warned to be on their guard when using secluded footpaths and parks.
The suspect first struck at a bus stop outside The Princess Royal Hospital and later in alleyways leading into Clare Park and Victoria Park.
He is believed to be in his 30s.
PC Allan Philip, of Haywards Heath police, said: "I would urge women to take some common sense precautions.
"Be vigilant and if you are approached, keep walking, go to a busy area and call the police.
"Try and remember any accents, smells or unusual appearances.
"I am sure there are people have not reported incidents. Police would like to hear from you."
