Cider manufacturer Merrydown has been recognised for its commitment to workers.
The Horam-based company has won an Investors In People award, which recognises good practice in improving business performance through training and staff development.
The 41-strong workforce includes a husband-and- wife team who met and married while working at the company, as well as staff who have been at the company for as long as 27 years.
The operations director, Nigel Pile, has been with the company 25 years.
Chris Carr, managing director of the ciders division, who himself joined the company in 1980, said: "Working for this accreditation has made us a lot more focused on training and giving people the opportunity to work to their full potential.
"We've been looking at business needs and people needs and putting the two together in what promises to be a productive way for the future."
