Four goals from Simon Ullathorne helped Horsham to their first win of the season as the Hornets stung Neville Southall's Molesey side at Queen Street.
Ullathorne's first came after 20 minutes when he guided home a header from Lee Carney's corner.
Carney himself added the second on the stroke of half-time after the referee had awarded Horsham a free-kick 20 yards out for dissent.
Hornets were even more dominant after the break and Ullathorne made it 3-0 on 54 minutes when he turned on the left edge of the six-yard box to drill the ball into the far corner following Gary Charman's throw-in.
Ullathorne completed his hat-trick on 75 minutes, cutting inside left back Max Tracey and rifling a shot into the roof of the net from a tight angle.
His great afternoon was completed in injury time when Carney broke through on the left and shot at the far corner of the goal.
The ball was drifting past the far post until Ullathorne popped up to tap it into the net.
Manager John Maggs said: "The five could have been ten, butthe most important thing was to win and I hope it is the kick start we needed."
