Some of the finest pets in Arundel were on show at the town's fringe festival.
Dogs, ferrets, hamsters, cats, rabbits and a 50-year-old tortoise made up the competitors for the festival's children's pet show.
Zoe Van Ewyjk won the dog class with Buffy, her border collie puppy.
Rebecca Henderson's West Highland terrier, Bella, came second and Chris Ruddicks' bulldog, Chester, was third.
Adam Whittingham's cat Chas won the cat class while Louisa Collins and Ellie Morris' hamster, Hamilton, won the mixed pet class. Britney the rabbit, owned by Georgia Bone, and Erin Blunden's ferret, Oscar, came second and third respectively.
Arundel Fringe Festival's Don Ayling said: "A special medallion was given to Charlotte Vawrey for her golden retriever, Toby, who is 14 years old and deaf but offers invaluable support to his visually-impaired owner.
"Another medallion was given to Betsy Hodgkinson and her tortoise, Henry, who was certainly the oldest pet we've had in the show.
Each first prize winner received a £5 voucher.
