Burglary victims are being invited to view 536 recovered stolen items with a view to claiming them back.
Virtual Bumblebee is a new web site being piloted by Sussex Police.
People can view lost and stolen property in West Sussex and claim what is theirs.
There are now more than 500 items on display.
PC Tom Wills said: "Police raids recently conducted in West Sussex have recovered hundreds of pounds' worth of property but a huge quantity remains unclaimed by victims of crime.
"These items were seized mainly in Worthing and Crawley. The items on display range from jewellery to power tools, CDs, games machines and much more.
"Items of jewellery are the most difficult to reunite with their rightful owners as descriptions are often not detailed enough to make a positive identification.
"The photographs displayed on the web site eliminate descriptive errors as a picture speaks for itself."
