We have to face the problem that there are people who have difficulties with drugs and alcohol.

The council is working proactively alongside Sussex Police and community support officers.
We are addressing anti-social behaviour and assistance for those who are vulnerable.

The whole community needs to strive towards a shared goal.
Help will get to the people who need it.
Councillors and support agencies will see to that.
-Ken Bodfish, leader, Brighton and Hove City Council
