An artist who has featured in the Royal Academy's summer exhibitions since 1966 is to give a talk to local people.
Anthony Green visits Littlehampton later this month to talk about his remarkable life and work and the influence of Christianity on both.
This summer, the Royal Academy gave over an entire gallery to his work.
Mr Green's visit is a special fifth anniversary celebration for the Lighthouse Cafe Club in Littlehampton, which gives professionals working in the arts an opportunity to share their life stories and Christian faith.
The new season also includes visits by a journalist, an actor and a film screenwriter.
Actor Nigel Goodwin will speak at the November 28 meeting.
He is one of the founders of the Arts Centre Group, for Christians involved in the arts and the subject of his talk is Media And Arts: The Last Signpost.
Russ Bravo, editor of New Christian Herald, is the visitor on January 30 with a talk entitled Keep On Taking The Tabloids: A Media Man On Faith And Deadlines.
Plans for March 26 are still being finalised but the season closes on May 28 when screenwriter Ricky Everett talks about his new feature film Two Men Went To War. It is hoped the film will be screened locally during the week of the meeting.
Lighthouse Cafe Club meetings are open to all and take place at the Tower Club (upper floor), Clifton Road, Littlehampton, at 7.30pm.
Admission is £4.50, with tickets available on the door or from Wick Information Centre by calling 01903 734759.
