Litterbugs and graffiti artists will be targeted by a patrol of community wardens in the Crawley area.
The volunteers will work in shifts, seven days a week, to make the town a more appealing place to visit.
Besides dealing with litter offences, the wardens will focus on antisocial behaviour and reporting abandoned vehicles.
Ten wardens will work from 6am to 9.30pm and will be concentrating on hot spot areas.
To find out more about the service, or to report anti-social behaviour, contact Crawley Borough Council on 0800 587 5888.
