I was amazed it took Voice of The Argus so long to wake up to the fact that Sussex County Cricket Club had won the county championship for the first time.
Having read the excellent leader about Sussex CCC's historic achievement in Friday's Daily Telegraph, I was fully expecting to see the same in The Argus.
But there was no mention of it in The Voice of The Argus until Saturday as you also told readers about the possibility of two ice rinks in Brighton, children's truancy and a pensioner twice being hit by drivers on the M27.
As important as these issues are, surely they were overshadowed by Sussex winning the championship for the first time?
Would you have been quite so tardy if Brighton and Hove Albion had won the Premiership for the first time? I think not.
