Boxer Chris Eubank has been fined £750 for breaking company law for a second time.
Eubank, of The Upper Drive, Hove, was prosecuted for failing to deliver the annual returns and accounts of his firm Goldperson.
He was also ordered to pay £50 court costs for his breach of the 1985 Companies Act.
The firm's accounts should have been filed with Companies House in January last year and its previous returns were also overdue from last April, a court in Cardiff was told.
Two years ago, Eubank was fined £200 and ordered to pay £50 costs after being convicted of the same offences at the same court.
