Thank you for your coverage of the battle to thwart Asda's plan for a huge store in Worthing College's grounds (The Argus, October 15).
The thoughts of the Field Place Residents' Association and councillors were well put and balanced.
However, I should like to point out that at no time was our Tory MP present at the meeting, which was a great disappointment to us all, and to clarify the situation to avoid readers thinking he had taken time out to be with his constituents.
