Hollywood star Nicole Kidman is to have a premiere of her film held in Brighton
A one-off screening of Dogville at the Duke of York's cinema will be shown on the opening night of the Cine City film festival.
It will be the only chance for cinema fans to see the movie outside London before it is released next year.
The festival, which runs from November 21 until December 3, features a mixture of foreign and British work including films set in Brighton and Hove.
It includes the home-grown movie, Ashes and Sand, starring Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels actor Nick Moran.
Pulse, the award winning feature film from percussion group Stomp, will also be shown on the opening night.
