Pacifist DJ Norman Cook has threatened to send the big guns round to a firm of Israeli arms dealers.
The Hove-based musician was shocked to discover Silver Shadow is using one of his tracks on its web site.
People who log on hear a looped soundtrack including Right Here, Right Now, a hit for his alter ego Fatboy Slim.
The web site advertises a host of armoury for sale, including attack helicopters.
Norman, who lives with his broadcaster wife Zoe Ball and their son Woody, was shocked to receive the news from The Argus.
He said: "They have absolutely not got permission. Being a pacifist, it would be against everything I stand for.
"I'll have to tell them, 'Cease and desist or I will send the big guns for you'. Suffice to say, we will do something about it.
"But we can't really threaten these people. It was bad enough when the Democrats used Praise You in the last election. We had to have a quick word about it.
"They came into the theatre to it but at least it wasn't the Republicans."
Lawyers at his record label, Skint, will now write to the firm, based in Kfar Azar in the Holy Land, demanding it removes the music.
Dave Philpot, Skint's business affairs manager, said: "We will make sure it stops using the track because we would never approve it.
"I will get our lawyers to write a letter. This sort of thing happens quite a lot - probably more than we know about.
"Often you get little kids putting songs on their home pages but that's not such a problem."
Nobody from Silver Shadow was available for comment.
