We are holding a public meeting to talk about and explain our vision for the project at 90-96 Preston Road, Brighton (also known as the Endeavour garage site).
Our architect Piers Gough of CZWG, our consultants and I will all be available to answer any questions on any aspect of the project.
We genuinely look forward to the opportunity to explain why this building will regenerate the area, be the most sustainable building of this scale offered to the city and create an emotive response as a piece of architecture.
We are hugely proud of this extraordinary and beautiful design which will make people feel uplifted and happy.
The meeting will be held on Friday at the University of Brighton's Sallis Benney Theatre on Grand Parade.
Doors open at 6.30pm and the meeting - chaired by the chief executive of Britain's Civic Trust, Martin Bacon - will commence at 7pm.
We look forward to welcoming all who wish to come along, hear what we have to say and - if you feel so inclined - put us to the test.
-Josh Arghiros, managing director, Karis Developments Ltd
