Alex Meredith has told his Haywards Heath colleagues to look no further ahead than their four-pointer with Old Patesians.
Heath had plenty of reason for encouragement as they scored four tries in Saturday's defeat at high-flying North Walsham.
The result still leaves them bottom of National Three South ahead of next Saturday's home clash with Old Patesians.
Huw Griffin, Paul Fleming and skipper Meredith crossed, with persistent offside by the hosts leading to a penalty try.
Griffin added two conversions and three penalties.
The former Sussex under-20s skipper and England schoolboys international was given joint man-of-the-match honours for his efforts as an attack-minded full back.
Fleming and debutant lock John Salisbury shared the accolade.
Meredith said: "We had a really good team spirit. It's a couple of years since anyone put 30 points on North Walsham so we came away encouraged.
"Their strength was their driving maul.
"They did that exceptionally well and it took us a while to catch on how to stop it.
"There were a lot of positives for us, though. This week we will really focus as a 19-man squad on the Old Patesians game."
