Fireworks are already being let off night after night, making hideous loud bangs, terrifying animals and generally causing aggravation.

This will go on and on through the winter months so long as shops go on selling them. It's just selfishness.

I was told last year that some sort of law would be passed on this but, as usual, nothing has been done.
