I am opposed to incinerators. What's wrong with keeping our rubbish where we can see it?
We don't just have to fill in the hollows. We can build huge rubbish heaps, so everyone will be aware of the problem. Pile it high.
We need to see the mountains before we get really concerned.
If the problem was obvious, we would be forced to reduce our rubbish and recycle the remainder.
