Arundel manager Steve Johnson insists his side can win the County League this season after a 3-0 win over Selsey lifted them to second in the table.
The usual suspects appeared on the scoresheet with top scorer Miles Scerri taking his tally to 26 for the campaign as Gary Norgate and Danny McLaughlin also netted.
Johnson said: "We can definitely win it but only if the players maintain the standards they have set themselves."
Selsey were reduced to ten men after Graham Morey was dismissed for two yellow cards.
Johnson said: "Teams are losing their discipline against us. They seem to think that they should not be being beaten by little Arundel."
Horsham YMCA bounced back to winning ways with a 4-1 win over St Leonards in which Steve Davies grabbed a hat-trick and Peter Durrant got the other. Saints had Jodey Ricketts sent off for two yellow cards. Dave Flemming got their goal.
East Preston beat East Grinstead for the first time at the Lashmar. EP trailed to a Steve Banks goal but a Matt Huckett equaliser followed by Lee Farrell's winner lifted the hosts into fourth place.
Michael O'Callaghan gave Rye and Iden United a 1-0 victory at Redhill.
Pagham and Eastbourne Town fought out a goalless draw although Lions boss Paul Gilbert felt his side were unlucky not to get a penalty when Dave Speller was brought down.
