Haywards Heath are convinced they can score their first away win in the National League as they hit the road.
Heath, out of the bottom three after last week's 43-16 drubbing of Old Patesians, were preparing for their Division Three South contest at Redruth on Saturday.
The Cornishmen have lost three in a row in the league and Heath will be looking to repeat the form that has brought them 11 tries in their last two outings.
Skipper Alex Meredith said: "The win last week was a start. We've got a bit of a basis to work off now."
Heath wasted little time in naming the line-up for tomorrow's team and it shows three changes from the side which started against Old Patesians.
Gordon Denslow returns at hooker, Damien Lyall starts at lock in place of Rick Ure and Stuart Charnley, who scored as a replacement last week, starts on the wing in place of Mark Pymm.
Worthing have named an unchanged back line and told them to turn on the style at Canterbury in London One.
The Kent side, two points clear at the top of the table, are renowned as a dour but efficient outfit.
Worthing coach Ian Davies said: "They are not top by luck. They try and grind you down in the forwards, then kick their penalties.
"We prefer to play a 15-man game, we always have done, but sometimes it doesn't come off."
There are two changes in the Worthing back row where Grant Gatford and Louis Kirschell start. Raynn Bruce is recalled in the front row with Ryan Storer on the bench.
Chichester can do their old rivals Bognor a favour in London Three South East.
Improving Chi will look to win at Brighton and keep the Waterhall side adrift at the bottom of the table.
Brighton's draw at Bognor last week has been more than cancelled out by the docking of two points for fielding an unregistered player.
Skipper Andy Pinnock said: "It's a tall order for us now but last week's performance was a step in the right direction."
Bognor's hunt for a first win takes them to third-placed Maidstone.
Aylesford and East Grinstead are both in the top four in London Four South East. Their clash looks to be their division's match of the day, as does the visit of Heathfield to leaders Hove in Sussex One.
