Pop Idol hopeful Chris Hide has won through to the final four of the contest - with a little help from The Argus.
Family and friends cheered him on for Saturday's edition of the TV talent show sporting specially-designed T-shirts with "Vote for Chris" and The Argus logo across the front.
Chris, 18, from Lancing, joins fellow pop wannabes Mark Rhodes, Sam Nixon and Michelle McManus in the next round at the expense of Susanne Manning.
He impressed judges with a version of Ain't That A Kick In The Head, made famous by Dean Martin.
Saturday's show was a big band special.
Chris is now bookies' third favourite to win at 6/1.
It was back to business for Chris following a return home to his family and friends last weekend.
