A makeshift Eastbourne Borough pulled off an amazing win at Grantham Town.
Borough were without six senior players due to injuries and Darren Baker's suspension.
But the 11 who played did their team proud with Dave Adams scoring on his first appearance of the season.
Delighted boss Garry Wilson said: "Before the game I asked the players to give us a big effort and they were exceptional, each and every one of them.
"Tactically, we got it just about right, but, at the end of the day it's down to the players and you couldn't fault anyone."
Even against the wind, Borough did most of the attacking and in the 12th minute Steve Yates put them ahead following a fine left-flank run by Matt Smart.
Yates miskicked in front of goal and hit the bar as Borough outplayed the Lincolnshire side in all departments.
A classic 55th-minute goal from 35 yards by Scott Ramsay proved the killer for Grantham.
Matt Crabb rattled the crossbar from 25 yards before Adams made it 3-0 nine minutes from time.
