Albion were kicked off the pitch and out of the FA Youth Cup by Stevenage Borough last night.
A much bigger and frequently over-physical Stevenage team added Albion to their earlier scalp of Oxford United, winning 2-0 at Bognor.
The tone was set after ten minutes when referee John Beadle failed to penalise a late tackle on Albion captain Chris Breach with the minimum booking he deserved.
The young Seagulls were close to making the breakthrough after 12 minutes but Gary Elphick's header from a Cox corner flew narrowly wide.
Albion were forced into a change soon afterwards, second-year scholar Ben Fillery being stretchered off with a serious-looking leg injury.
This meant an earlier than expected chance for 15-year-old midfielder Scott Chamberlain but Albion's three-man midfield was too often outnumbered.
Ben L'Honore opened the scoring for Borough after 21 minutes, catching out Chris May with a low 30-yarder.
May produced a fine reflex save to thwart Michael Cattermole before Robinson fired just over from 20 yards at the other end.
Albion fell further behind after 50 minutes, Jack Welsh pouncing to drill home a loose ball, then May tipped a 30-yarder by Luke Garwood on to the top of the bar.
Shamlian denied Watson and 15-year-old sub Ashley Jarvis late on but Albion couldn't find a way back into the game.
Albion: C. May; Carey, Fillery (Chamberlain 17), Breach, G. Elphick, Mountford, Cox, Rents, Watson, Robinson, Leach (Jarvis 66). Unused subs: Martin, T. Elphick, Fogden.
