Albion manager Mark McGhee is demanding a repeat performance from his players for the Withdean faithful.
The Seagulls put their promotion challenge back on track with a stirring 2-1 victory at Notts County last Saturday.
Now McGhee wants more of the same against Wrexham on Saturday to banish the memory of the 4-1 battering by Bristol City in the last home outing.
Albion lost only once at Withdean when they won the Second Division two seasons ago, but the Bristol debacle was their second defeat on the trot.
McGhee knows the fans will be expecting three points against mid-table opposition and he has urged his team to deliver.
"Home and away we have got to win games if we are going to stay near the top of the League," said McGhee.
"Our support on Saturday at Notts County was fantastic, particularly on the back of the defeat against Bristol City.
"If I had been a Brighton supporter I don't know if I could have been bothered to travel up after the Bristol City game.
"But they were vocal from the very first minute and were rewarded by not only a victory but a totally committed performance.
"We have to now do that at home because they are going to be telling their mates what they saw.
"They are going to be coming to Withdean on Saturday expecting the same and the players have got to give them the same."
Midfielder Nathan Jones, who faces his fellow Welshmen, said: "Withdean has been the mainstay of our promotion pushes in the past and our good form in the First Division last season when Steve Coppell was here, so we have got to get our home form back on track.
"We've had a bit of a blip in performances as well as results and now we have stopped the rot at Notts County, but we are not getting carried away.
"Wrexham came up last year and we didn't have easy games against them the year before, even though they were relegated."
McGhee could name an unchanged line-up for the first time. Gary Hart is available after a one-match ban, but John Piercy is poised to keep his place on the right side of midfield.
Wrexham, held to a goalless home draw by rock-bottom Wycombe last Saturday, are expected to start with former Spurs striker Chris Armstrong.
