Stand-in bosses Paul Thomsett and Reece Head led Ringmer to a thumping win at Shoreham but chairman Richard Soan insists he is in no rush to name a new manager.
The Blues were rocked by the resignation of Glenn Burvill recently but bounced back in style with a hat-trick fromn Chris Johnson at Middle Road.
Dominic Shepherd netted twice against one of his former clubs.
Thomsett played while Head, who is out of action for the season with a cartilage problem, supervised from the touchline.
Soan said: "We will take a view on the management situation in the New Year."
Asked if either of his caretaker duo would apply for the job, Soan said: "Paul Thomsett may do because he is coming to the end of his playing career but really it's a case of watch this space. We have had some very interesting names in touch with us already."
