A large sum of cash, two kilos of cannabis, cannabis plants and a hydroponics system have been seized.
Police raided an address in Southgate Drive, Southgate, on Thursday afternoon.
Two men and a woman were arrested for possession with intent to supply a controlled drug.
Police acted on a tip-off from Crimestoppers, the phoneline though which people can report crime anonymously.
Chief Inspector Kul Verma, district commander for Crawley, said: "This drugs warrant comes hot on the heels of Operation Hector, during which we attended eight addresses and made key arrests and seizures in relation to Class A drugs.
"This is proof that people can pass information to us through Crimestoppers anonymously and we will act upon it."
Anyone wanting to give information about crime can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
