Worthing continued their steady improvement by advancing into the fourth round with a comfortable victory over Ryman premier league opponents Maidenhead.
Second-half strikes from Mark Pulling and substitute Mark Knee boosted Alan Pook's men at Woodside Road.
Rebels, playing their third game in eight days, were without suspended 22-goal Sam Francis and also started with Paul Rogers on the bench, and assistant manager Danny Bloor said: "To win in the manner we did was very pleasing."
Rogers came on to help spark Worthing early in the second half and Bloor said: "Pulling got all over the pitch to have an excellent game.
"Knee was determined to score when he came on after having an average game by his standards at Whyteleafe on New Years Day."
Former Albion striker Darren Freeman forced goalkeeper Nick Hart to tip a clever 25-yard effort onto the bar before the hardworking Pulling put Rebels in front on 63 minutes by heading in a deep cross by Wesley Lopez at the far post.
Pulling then just failed to convert a Freeman cross and Shaun Grice forced a good save but Knee settled the issue nine minutes from time by lifting the ball into an empty net from Rogers' pass.
